ThePrintSmithStore ships custom prints and posters across India. We partner with reliable shipping providers to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.

Processing Time

All orders are custom-made to order. Here's our typical processing timeline:

  • Standard Prints: 2-3 business days
  • Custom AI-Generated Designs: 3-5 business days
  • Framed Prints: 4-6 business days
  • Large Format Prints: 4-7 business days

Note: Processing time starts after your order is confirmed and payment is received.

Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.)3-5 business days
  • Major Cities5-7 business days
  • Other Areas7-10 business days
  • Remote Locations10-15 business days

Total time = Processing Time + Delivery Time

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery location:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹80 - ₹150 (calculated at checkout)
  • Express Shipping: Available on request (additional charges apply)
  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999

We work with trusted shipping providers including:

  • ShipRocket
  • Delhivery
  • India Post
  • Blue Dart

The shipping partner is selected based on your location and product type to ensure safe delivery.

Order Tracking

Stay updated on your order status:

  1. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  2. Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number via email and SMS
  3. Track your order in real-time using the tracking link
  4. You can also check order status in your dashboard

Packaging

We take special care in packaging your prints:

  • Protective Packaging: All prints are rolled in protective tubes or packed flat with rigid backing
  • Waterproof Covering: Products are wrapped in waterproof material
  • Bubble Wrap: Additional cushioning for framed prints and delicate items
  • Eco-Friendly: We use recyclable packaging materials wherever possible

Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts:

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • Check your phone for delivery notifications
  • If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us
  • Re-shipping charges will apply for returned packages

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a complete street address.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit:

  1. Contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if damaged)
  2. We'll file a claim with the shipping provider
  3. You'll receive a replacement or full refund
  4. We typically resolve such issues within 7-10 business days

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order
  • Address changes may not be possible once the order is shipped
  • Additional charges may apply for address changes after shipment
